A brief webpage showing some of my old &
new electronic gadgets.
In 2005 onwards, i'm focussing more on the 256led matrix and animation
patterns.
There's probably 10 ways of scanning and switching rows/columns/banks
of leds, and i think i've
done them all to find the easiest way to hookup many lights, keep
it expandable (or shrinkable)
and keep the coding of patterns to a minimum hehehehe.
Future projects include Led (& lamp globe) sign displays 1000's
of leds, (10feet wide x 4 feet high).
RGB projects are starting, anything from 16 led RGB chasers, to 256
RGB chasers and display walls.
Besides LEDs, i dabble with a little of
everything, currently rebuilding all my old designs
(from 20 years ago) with new micro/pic designs. These projects are
stepper/servo motor drivers,
robotics, lcd displays, speech synths, music/midi, dtmf/phone &
ham radio junk too.
I also love to hack'n'modify xmas lights, ....why have something that
all the other neighbours have ???
